HONESTY - I think it is very important to let folks know what they need to do to their home to get it sold. I respectfully share the truth with my clients about what changes truly need to be made to their property in preparation for selling. Reputation is everything in the real estate field and I always want to have one that is professional, fair and honest. Treating my clients the same way I would want to be treated is important. So I practice this in all aspects of my life.
